Infacol is an oral suspension used from birth to relieve infant colic, griping pain, and trapped wind.

• Active Ingredient: Simeticone (40mg per 1ml), which merges small gas bubbles in a baby’s tummy into larger ones so they can easily pass as wind.
• Formula: Sugar-free, alcohol-free, and colorant-free with an orange flavor.
• Standard Dosage: One dropperful (0.5ml) given before each feed.
• Adjusted Dosage: Can be increased to two dropperfuls (1ml) before each feed after 3 to 4 days if symptoms do not improve.
