6. Buying from our website

The content and products contained within this website are directed solely at those who access the site from Nigeria. Maxhub Pharmacy is only able to deliver to a Nigeria address. Please note: Online prices only and store prices may differ.
Any order placed by a customer is only an offer to purchase which Maxhub Pharmacy may in its absolute discretion accept or decline without having to provide a reason. Notwithstanding that payment has been made by the customer online and may have been processed, Maxhub Pharmacy reserve the absolute right to refuse to supply the products and in such cases are not obligated to provide a reason for declining the order. In such cases a refund will be provided to the customer within a reasonable period of time by the same method as payment received. All prescriptions are delivered by first class recorded delivery. Maxhub Pharmacy cannot accept any responsibility for prescriptions or orders which are delayed or lost due to the couriers fault.

7. Your security

Maxhub Pharmacy takes online security very seriously and you can use our website with confidence. We use a secure server which encrypts your credit card information during transmission. Your card details are transferred over a secure virtual private network (VPN) to an authorisation server which is not directly connected to the Internet. Your card details are then entirely deleted from our systems after the transaction has completed. If you use any Maxhub Pharmacy services you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password

8. Deliveries

Postage and packing  costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the location details provided and charged according to the carrier’s current charges .  Please note, heavy/bulky items may be subject to extra delivery charges. In this event, we will contact you and advise you accordingly. Opting for delivery in channels other than our partner logistics company is solely at your own risk.
Deliveries are normally dispatched by a partner logistics company within its estimated delivery timeline to a location. Please note that all prescription medicines are dispatched by recorded delivery and will require a signature. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that an authorized person is available to accept such a delivery.
The customer shall inspect the items immediately upon receipt and must notify Maxhub Pharmacy within seven calendar days of any discrepancy or any damaged goods.
Maxhub Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse sales at our discretion if we believe there is a fraudulent credit card use. You may be asked to provide further proof of your identity and/or proof of credit card. Failure to do so will result in termination of the transaction.
You will be notified by email if Maxhub Pharmacy cancels your order or if your credit card has been declined. For security reasons, Maxhub Pharmacy will log your IP address. Details of all fraudulent transactions will be passed on to the relevant authorities.

9. Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content

10. Returns policy

If, within three calendar days, you no longer require all or part of your order, providing that the product remains unopened and in its original packaging, the item may be returned at the customer’s cost for a full refund. The amount paid for delivery of the item(s) shall not be refunded because it has been expended on transporting the item(s). Customers shall get their refund within 72hours from the time the item(s) were returned . Due to the nature of our business and potential health and safety this does not apply to any medicines, food products or meal replacements which may not be returned or refunded. This include:

1. Cold chain item(s),that is items that need to be preserved in the fridge.
2. Items such as body creams, oils, serums, that were not originally produced sealed by the manufacturers

11. Limitation
