Nordic Naturals Baby’s DHA 60ml

Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months after opening.

For infants 0-12 months:

Body Weight Dose
5-10 lb – 1 ml
11-20 lb- 2 ml
21-25 lb – 3 ml
26-30 lb – 4 ml
31-35 lb – 5 ml

1. Using dropper, measure appropriate dose based on baby’s weight (see chart above).
2. Add Baby’s DHA to food, breast milk, or infant formula once daily, or as directed by your pediatrician.
3. Clean dropper thoroughly between each use, easpecially if dropper contacts baby’s mouth.
4. Store bottle with original cap in refrigerator.

Do not take if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.

Consult with your physician before using this product if your baby has a known medical condition, is taking medications (including blood thinners), or is allergic to iodine.

Purified arctic cod liver oil, rosemary extract (a natural preservative), RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), vitamin D3 (olive oil, cholecalciferol).

No gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colors or flavors.
