Tydineal cream is used to treat skin infections, including fungal infections like ringworm (tinea), jock itch, and eczema, as well as bacterial infections, inflammation, and itching. It contains ketoconazole, a potent antifungal agent, along with neomycin sulfate and clobetasol propionate, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and itching. However, due to its steroid content, Tydineal cream may be a hazard and is not intended for cosmetic use.
