Rhinathiol Infant Syrup is an expectorant for children which contains Carbocisteine. This is a mucolytic that reduces the viscosity of mucus and makes it easier to clear the mucus. It is indicated in cases of bronchial congestion, particularly during acute episodes of bronchitis. It is recommended for children 2 years old and above.
