Description
FertilAid for Women Supports Cycle Regularity and Hormone Balance in Healthy Women* with a Patented Blend of Herbs, Antioxidants, and Vitamins
FertilAid for Women, launched in 2003 was the first supplement to support female reproductive health on two fronts by combining herbs – including Vitex and Ginkgo biloba – along with comprehensive prenatal vitamin support. This patented supplement is designed for healthy women who are trying to get pregnant and includes herbs to support hormone balance and cycle regularity, as well as key nutrients – including methylfolate and iron – to support pregnancy wellness. Also includes Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and zinc to support a healthy immune system while you are trying to conceive!
2-in-1 Support
Women are often encouraged to take a prenatal vitamin as soon as they begin trying to conceive to help ensure proper nutritional intake and pregnancy wellness. While other fertility pills provide some elements of a prenatal, they omit other critical ones. This puts the job of reading labels on you to ensure you aren’t “doubling up” on some and neglecting other critical vitamins and minerals. FertilAid for Women is a daily prenatal vitamin with key vitamins and minerals – vitamin D, folate, iron, and iodine, among others- that you want to have on board to support your reproductive health and then to support pregnancy wellness. FertilAid for Women also contains beta-carotene, vitamin E, and vitamin C – vitamins known as antioxidants that support egg health by minimizing the impact of free radical damage to your eggs. FertilAid for Women is a 2-in-1 supplement that is carefully, expertly formulated to provide a comprehensive array of the right ingredients in the right amounts to support menstrual cycle health and fertility.
Now with Methylfolate
For several decades now, doctors and public health experts have been recommending that all women of child bearing age ensure that they get enough folic acid (Vitamin B9) through fortified foods and dietary supplements to protect against birth defects should they become pregnant. But, before your body can utilize folic acid, it must be converted to methylfolate – the bioactive form of Vitamin B9 that is used in the body for many vital processes and reactions. FertilAid for Women contains methylfolate, known scientifically as 5-MTHF, in place of folic acid.
Cycle Regularity – The First Step Towards Conception
Getting pregnant involves pinpointing ovulation so that you can plan to have intercourse during your fertile window. Simply put, if you don’t have sex during your fertile window – those 3-5 days just before you ovulate – you can’t get pregnant. Knowing when you are ovulating is relatively straightforward when you have regular, predictable 28 day cycles. But, on occasion you may have a long or irregular menstrual cycle, which makes predicting ovulation difficult. FertilAid for Women includes the herbs Vitex and Red Clover Blossom that support hormonal balance and cycle regularity in healthy women.
While many women with regular cycles have taken FertilAid for Women and not experienced any changes in cycles, there are some women who have reported seeing a change in their regular cycles once they started taking FertilAid for Women. If you have a regular cycle, have no reason to believe that you are experiencing occasional hormonal imbalances or having difficulty ovulating, but are looking for a fertility supplement to support overall fertility and egg health, you might consider using one of our Fairhaven Health products that doesn’t offer the herbs Vitex or Red Clover, such as OvaBoost, Myo-Folate, or FH PRO for Women.
